Preparing your Abstract
By submitting an abstract you will be designated the corresponding author for that abstract and all communications regarding the abstract (submission, review, presentation etc.) will be sent to the email address you used to set up your account. Abstracts close 04:00PM on May 1, 2026 Pacific Time.
- Abstract Title – The title should clearly identify the contents of the abstract. Please type your abstract title in sentence case, i.e. Capitalize only the first letter of the title and then any proper names or acronyms. A maximum of 20 words is permitted.
- Abstract Text – Please type your abstract clearly describing your work. A maximum of 300 words is permitted.
- Abstract Topics – We encourage all submitters to review the abstract topics on the ILC6 Program page
- Presentation Types – Please select either a poster, oral presentation or both.
- Language – Authors should ensure that the abstract proposal is written in acceptable, standard English. Authors whose native language is not English are urged to have an English-speaking colleague review the abstract before sending it.
- Contributing Authors – The submitter is the corresponding author. If the submission has multiple authors, please include them before submitting your proposal. They are listed here as lead author, co-author and presenting author.
- Posters: The posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference. Poster presenter(s) are expected to attend in person during the scheduled poster presentation times to facilitate interaction.
- Poster Board Dimensions: Each poster board is 8 ft wide × 4 ft high (1.2 m high × 2.4 m wide) and can accommodate two posters per side.
- Poster Size Limit: Your poster must not exceed 3 ½ ft high × 3 ½ ft wide (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
Assessment Process
- Authors will be notified of the review outcome by email by May 5, 2026
- All submitted contributions will be peer-reviewed by an expert panel.
- It is recommended that authors register before abstract submission.
