Registration
Your registration includes:
- Full access to all conference talks and training activities
- Refreshment breaks and meals during the conference program
- Access to the Poster Receptions on June 2 and 3, 2026
- Students, Trainees and Postdocs are invited to attend the Early Career Networking Event on June 4th. Please RSVP for this event on the registration form.
Note:
Students will have to provide their student number, supervisor name and email to be eligible for the student rate.
Registration fees do not include access to the Conference Dinner on June 3, 2026.

Cancellation Policy – Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before April 15, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations received between April 15 and April 30, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 30, 2026. Refund requests may take up to 10 business days to process.
